Apr62010Not many retailers have an online presence. Not that I care for but a few of the anyway, but still, isn’t it nice how easy it is to window shop nowadays when those windows are your internet browsers? Let’s face it, you’ve probably window “shopped” during office hours at least ONCE (and I’m willing to bet it happened more than once).
Thankfully, VNC has recently stepped up its game by making their shoes available for online selling. It’s not just an online catalogue anymore; you can place your orders through their website and have it delivered to your doorstep. I hope they take it up one notch higher and develop an independent online store apart from Multiply! And to cater to customers outside the Philippines! (Right now, online selling is for Philippines only. VNC stores are only found in Cambodia, Indonesia, Thailand, Syria and here.)
I think we’ve already established how much a fan I am of the said shoe brand when I won Animetric‘s anniversary contest just last month. (Yes, I won! I NEVER win anything, but you’ve got to admit, for a first timer, bagging a free pair of VNC shoes was pretty sweet). What’s not to love, honesty? This is the five-inch pair of stilleto heels I picked up as my prize and the quality and balance couldn’t be more perfect. While I like walking in them, I love how I look in them even more.

I was having a hard time browsing through their new collection because I have a shoot this weekend with an African safari sortof theme. I very nearly went for these :

But in the end, the classic style of the beige stilleto appealed to me more. It was simple but oh so chic. My murderous feet will probably just lose the embellishments on the other style I was eyeing. Anyway, I already have the outfit of the model to go with this.
But wait! There’s more! I found out about this promo when I joined their Facebook fanpage.

Pahiram!!!
Okay, but take very good care of it, it’s beige! :s And very high stilettos.
Ang ganda! Too bad I don’t wear heels at all… I almost want to
Hey I’m really curious, once when my friend Nikki was in Manila (she’s now in Singapore), she called VNC “Vinchy”. Yon ba talaga yung tama? I always thought it was V-N-C.
I always thought it was V-N-C, too, and that maybe it stood for someone’s initials, so I don’t know. I think it’s originally a Malaysian brand, though.
@Aggie – after some googling, I think your friend might be right. The Malaysian brand was originally named Vincci, then it was shortened to VNC.
Vincci ang VNC sa ibang Asian countries like Malaysia.
You also get a 10% discount if you use a Citibank credit card to buy.
I wonder why they didn’t just call it Vincci here in the first place? I used to confuse it with CMG before cos it’s also three letters xD
I love your new pair of heels! Wearing a 5-inch heels is a daunting task for me, though. Isn’t that a safety hazard? Haha. Skyscraper! Scary.
But I love it, I’m quite partial to beiges and browns when it comes to sandals and heels. I should really get a new pair.
I like the blue, black and beige in the poster.
