The Reluctant Stylista

Mean Girls’ 10th Anniversary day had come and gone, and I was really planning to do an OOTD in honor of one of my favorite movies of all time…but, as always the case these days, lack of time–or more like planning–kind of got in the way.

In its place, I’m going to make a reference to my favorite fashion movie instead.  Because I’m wearing florals for spring…and they’re groundbreaking.

I have a lot of cropped tops.  They’re probably my favorite 2013-2014 trend.  And high-waist anything because I have a long torso and short legs.

Floral top: Forever 21 // High-waist tribal print shorts: Divisoria (one of my favorite finds in Divi, really)

Earrings: H&M (and we’ll finally see them open stores here soon!)
Sunnglasses: i2i (IMPULSE BUY)

I don’t know where my mom got that pink studded wrist clutch, haha!

Shoes: Ferretti

As testament to how much I love this ensemble, I even wore it while jumping into rivers in Siquijor.  Minus the heels and earrings, of course:

In other exciting summer fashion news, it’s Bloggers United on May 10!  Will I get to see you there?  As usual, I’m sharing a booth with Kira!

Floral clothing is very classy under the sun. It blends up with the summer display of nature. For me, I prefer also floral bikinis.
